4 types of nuts and a bean ( roasted broad bean , soya bean almond and cashew ) The roasted broad bean is delicious. As another reviewer said .spicy not really though it does say mildly spiced. Definitely not sweet that I can taste. But it's my favourite of their snacks. Good to munch on . Oops I've eaten them all 🤣🐿️

Sweet? Yes. Spicy? No. A bit boring blend of spices.
This was a disappointment, especially for £2 😭 There is a good amount inside and the variety of nuts and beans is decent, but the seasoning was sooo bland and that’s the most important part! I will not buy this again 🙅🏻♂️
