This works well as a chocolate sauce - it’s thick and rich. I love that it’s made without allergens. I’ve not tried it as a hot chocolate but I like the concept of making it for both.

It's not as tasty as I imagined, it seems too sweet and not too bitter to my taste. I think it reminds me of ice cream topping.
