Thai dishes are by far my favourite dishes! This Green curry paste is so easy to use, and it tastes amazing!! Such an easy dish to make, full of flavour and good nutrients. You can use whatever leftover veggies you have in your fridge, with fresh ginger, garlic, onion, veggie stock and a can of coconut milk! Voila!!
