Organic Extra Firm Tofu

I buy this from costco in a 6 pack and usually freeze thaw it for

a more "chewy" texture. More cost effective to buy in bulk, and it's organic!

It’s organic, made in Canada, good source of protein, good source of protein, calcium and

iron, non-GMO soybeans, and sold at Costco in a bundle of 3.

You know how sometimes firm tofu isn't all that "firm". That's the case here. It

crisped up well outside but was still pretty smooth and ... wet maybe... inside. I definitely prefer the sunrise brand.

Great value for this tofu as it comes as a 3 pack. Just your run

of the mill normal tofu. Nothing fancy but nothing bad about it.
