These have been great to keep at the cabin when I need to reach for a snack to bring on a hike or water adventure. They are great chilled too, but don’t need to be kept cold unless the individual pouch is open. I loved seeing the organic fruit choices and some added benefits with the flax. I wanted to love this but the taste left a lot to be desired. It's healthy-ish, and packaged in a helpful one serving pouch, making it travel friendly. Unfortunately it was not a win for me. I *might* try another flavor but it won't be any time soon.
