tried smthg new with this bread, the filling is just soy chunks and potato's. Ot
was rly nice so I made more after this. The bread itself tasted kinda weird but was quite soft

because of its gritty texture/flavour, but I guess the sprouting process really does change the grains by making them sweeter than I would like. Not too bad for when you want to make a simple sandwich, but I doubt I would buy this again.
However I may be in the minority here because the rest of my family loved it, so please do give it a go if you like fine textured breads.
