Tofu Dessert

Easily my fav healthy dessert! So soft and melts in my mouth!

I had never had the dessert tofu before so had to check it out! There was a great recipe on the Sunrise site which I followed for these Chocolate Tofu Energy Balls 😋

Peach Mango flavour. The texture was very smooth and the taste was delicious! Last week, I incorporated it in a cake mix for additional flavour.
