🥥This tofu dessert is a unique and delicious treat. It's made from water, soybeans, sugar,

and calcium sulfate, which are all vegan-friendly ingredients. The fact that it contains soybeans means that it's a good source of protein, making it a great addition to a balanced diet.

🙌🏻The coconut flavor is tasty also you can feel it soft and the product comes in two square pieces that makes it easy to incorporate into a variety of dishes. 🤪It smells and tastes good so definitely I believe that you'll enjoy this dessert.

🍇I usually use this tofu dessert in breakfast by mixing it with oatmeal and fruit. 😎So I think adding this product can create a balanced and filling breakfast that provides a good mix of protein, fiber, and nutrients.🔥🔥🔥

🌱Overall, this coconut-flavored tofu dessert seems like a healthy and delicious option for those looking for a plant-based dessert or snack. Its soft texture and sweet flavor make it versatile and easy to incorporate into a variety of dishes.

🫴🏻Also the fact that this tofu dessert is non-GMO is another great aspect to consider when evaluating its quality and suitability for a plant-based diet.🔥🌱

I found this flavoured tofu dessert at No Frills. I don’t

know if it’s a new flavour; I’ve never seen it before. But just like the mango-peach flavour (also by Sunrise), this one was absolutely delicious! The coconut flavour is very present in it.

The texture is quite smooth. I just ate it on its own, but it would be a nice addition to a cake mix (I’ve done that with the mango-peach tofu dessert and it worked out very well).

Tofu is one of the cheapest items in the grocery store. I paid $1.99 for this package which contains 2 servings. Each serving provides 10% of your day’s worth of calcium and 5 grams of protein. Admittedly, it also contains a lot of sugar (I hope most of it is natural).

I would definitely get this again. For me, it’s a nice alternative to yogurt.

It’s like a pudding with a slightly firm consistency. The tofu flavor overpowers the coconut

flavor quite a lot. I would like it a lot more if it tasted more like a dessert and less like semi-sweet blended tofu, if that makes sense.
