I love rice noodles in general but these are among the best I've tried. They don't break so easily and have my favourite shape. It's only rice and water but it works with all sauce types. I usually combine them with a mix of peanut butter and soy sauce, veggies, and tofu/tvp. I'd repurchase any day. Alimentacion Hui Hao Jia (Bilbao), I think it was around 2€ (400 g).

I used them for pad thai and the result was nice. Not in love with the plastic packaging though
Tallarines de arroz comprados en un asiático. Buena opción de “pasta” sin gluten. No hay que cocerlos, solo meterlos unos minutos en agua hirviendo. Saben muy parecido a los de trigo, los recomiendo mucho. Hay distintos tamaños de grosor
