Much of the baba ganoush from the grocery store has sour cream in it so
I was intrigued when I saw the “dairy free “ label on this. It is lovely and creamy and has a mild eggplant flavour. I spread it on a toasted bagel and put peanut butter shoots on it. Very yummy! Consistency is thin which makes sense since it’s identified as a dip and not a spread.
