May look a bit unusual but it tastes so good - like chewy vegan fish

It’s made out of konjac, so probably no nutritional values. But it’s pretty good in

hot pot. I wouldn’t say it’s “kidney” like, because it’s pretty chewy and doesn’t taste much. It’s more of a squid alternative to me. My omnivore friends love it though ;)

Made with konjac, doesn't really have a strong taste or flavouring but I like their

springy calamari-like texture.
