These root veggies (Carrots, parsnips and beetroot) #friesšŸŸ were soo good! Airfryed them on 350

for 15 min shaking them 1/2 way through! Perfect #crispiness on the outside and soft middle on the inside! I ate them with ketchup and Red Belly hot sauce! Good source of fiber, lower in saturated fat and sodium isnā€™t too bad. Will definitely will buy again! #itseasytobevegan

Delicious fries made with carrots, parsnips & beetroot in a light rice flour batter -

I love the mix of tastes of the different veg (& the colours!šŸŒˆ) in these & they make a great (& probably healthier) change from regular fries/chips. šŸ„•šŸŸ
Not surprisingly though they're more expensive at ~Ā£3/500g but currently on offer at Tesco for Ā£2.30. šŸ’°

My first time and this morning had it with vegan egg for breakfast and loved

it. Perfect substitute to French fries.

Very original and delicious alternative to potato fries. I definitely recommend this to all!
