Crazy good Chickpea and Red Lentil Saag by Strong Roots! Super flavorful with all those
delicious Indian flavors that I love so much! Also has added peas, spinach and a little rice. I enjoyed this with some pita bread and it hit the spot!
I would say a very balanced meal! Not super high in fat, sodium with almost no saturated fat!
Excellent source of fiber and protein!!
Also a great source of calcium and iron!
Will most definitely get this again!
