Baking Block

A necessity for vegan cookies (see 2nd picture for my most recent batch from the

book "Vegan Cakes & Other Bakes"). Also perfect for cinnamon rolls. Always keep one in your fridge!

Honestly this is perfect & most people don't even realize that it's vegan. It's great

for making butter cream icing as it's thicker & holds its shape better than other vegan butter spreads.

I do think this is one of the best vegan butter alternatives you can find

to bake.
If you’re looking for butter to spread then look elsewhere. This one is very soft and taste-wise works best when used to make other things with than eating on bread :)

Vegan butter perfect for baking, its hard butter made cookies

I underestimated this block of Stork- I made Liv B’s vegan lemon pound cake and

it was delicious!! And what a bargain- I got it on special at Dunnes for €0.79
I will definitely be getting this again.
