Small dense tortilla, quite nice but nothing too exciting
Loved it would definitely buy it again. Very filling. I had it for a late lunch with a green salad. It can be eaten as it is cold or warmed through in a microwave, which I did, or in a frying pan.
I’ve not had had a spanish omelette similar to this in years, and this really reminded me of them, it was delicious! It is quite small but it’s pretty thick at the same time and it was still very filling, it made a lovely brunch.
Hadn't had a Spanish omelette since being vegan and this was bang on!
