Paratha (Onion)

Lazy brekkie with not-pizza-but-prata base, spinach atop and sliced tomatoes and carrot rounds doing a Yayoi Kusama obliteration. This onion (or is it really spring onion?) prata is much tastier compared to the plain kosong variety #kids #veganbreakfast #sgvegan

I thought these tasted exactly like scallion pancakes but with a stronger hint of butteriness. I really love to pan-fry these and toss them on the side of a meal with some soy sauce.
