The Biotin 5000 mcg has made my nails twice as strong, I can grow them to longer lengths for longer periods of time before I eventually hit them on something and chip/break them. Considering going to 10,000 mcg but I'm still happy with this!
Super easy to swallow. Lovely scent of coconut. It does work to an extent however I've checked on iHerb and their new formula used Beeswax instead of this formula I had that used Rice Bran Wax 😓 Ingredients: Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Rice Bran Wax, Vegeterian Softgel (Non-GMO Modified Tapioca Starch, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water)
