I’ve never had split pea soup, vegan or otherwise, until I tried this. I liked it a lot—it had a strong garlic flavor, if you enjoy that. I received this in a snack box, but I will be trying to find this to buy locally.

I love the ease of Proper Foods. I can take them anywhere and they heat up quickly in the microwave. A perfect healthy snack or lunch.
