I prefer fresh ginger but it can be difficult when you’re in a hurry so I always keep some of this squeeze ginger on hand. It’s quick, easy and delicious! I omitted the butter from this savory oatmeal recipe from @budgetbytes to make it vegan. Having ginger ready to go like this is so convenient
So much easier than mincing ginger on my own! I have used this in recipes that call for fresh ginger and I have found no taste difference. This product keeps fairly long and it's been nice not having to buy fresh ginger and then losing it in my fridge.
