Organic Ground Chia Seed

Hi followers! 🙋 This is one of my favorite brands for ground #chiaseeds, a great source of #vegan #omega3 ALA. It’s both #organic and #fairtrade, helping to support safe working conditions for South American chia farming communities. 😄 I like to mix 2 tbsp with some organic unsweetened soy milk and fruit 🍓🫐, making a nice vegan fruit pudding to start the morning. ☀️ My only worry is that Spectrum Essentials may have discontinued this product, as unfortunately it’s difficult to find places that sell this anymore. I hope they can resume it soon. #ecofriendly #ethicallysourced
