A great extra firm organic tofu. I usually buy the Sunrise brand but it was sold out, this was maybe a dollar more. I don't find there to be any significant difference in taste. I used it to make sticky tofu and broccoli. I coated it with cornstarch and seasonings and airfryed before adding to the sauce. It was so good!
This is the second brand of tofu I’ve tried and I defiantly don’t find a huge difference in taste. I do always go for non gmo & organic when I choose my tofu. I think that for me in the end it would only come down to price for which brand I choose, if they meet the above criteria. I found this brand not as moist, and tend to hold together much better then the sunrise tofu brand. Overall though I have not eaten tofu long enough to really say for sure that this is my favourite or the best out there. But out of the two I’ve tried I like this one best 🤍

My go to Tofu when at large grocery stores. Not entirely sure how impactful consuming organic tofu is from a reducing chemicals in my diet but this feels like an easy win. Can be hard to find and seems to struggle from supply chain issues at times.
