It was really different than I expected. Reminded me of quark a lot. The vegan cheese is really soft. And pretty sour, a little too sour for my taste. Not something I would buy again. I used it in a pasta salad with pasta, carrot, tomato, olives and tofu. Got it at an organic store in Zwolle, named Odin. #greekvegan #vegancheese #veganisnotscary

It's not the same flavour (if you're looking for something really alike to Greek cheese) but the taste is really good

Una valida alternativa al formaggio greco, 84% tofu, olio di cocco e salgemma. Mi aspettavo un sapore più forte, invece rimane molto delicato e perfetto per condire le insalatone estive. Buono 😄
