Chicken breasts

I liked the texture. I added further breadcrumbs and seasoning then shallow fried the breast.

These are delicious! The box doesn’t have nutritional information, which I personally find frustrating but they are so good I’ll let it slide. They taste like tender chicken pieces and are perfect for salads and wraps.

Soya rama use mainly seitan in their products not soya. These came out firm, consistency was okay - Asian spice a little too much.
