This one is thick and creamy, and isn't afraid to be itself, so you really taste the beans 😋 I probably knew the taste of soy before I knew that of dairy, and for that I thank my mum, who is so normal that her lactose tolerance is properly low 🙃 #dairyisforcalves #challengethosenorms 😉 When I hit 1,000 in March, I set out to bank 25 reviews a week in order to complete the second thousand by the end of 2021. Another delicious good quality soy milk! This has a nice consistency that you can drink by itself, make beverages, or use in cooking. It is tasty by itself and slightly sweetened. I made matcha latte 🍵 with this and it was perfect. It's meant to go in coffee too ☕ but I didn't try. The vegan cheese sauce I made with it was a bit sweet, not sure if the sweetness was from the soy milk. Quite expensive or I would buy more often, bought from Everyday Vegan.
Happiest mylk carton ever! I found the soy taste a little funky and sour, so don’t think I’ll be getting it again though ☹️
