Honestly one of my favourite foods i tried, it’s a shame it’s a white man

pretty much culturally appropriating, i’d say steer clear from this brand if you can

Ok in flavour but way too saucy! Even when I added extra veg there was

not enough to soak it all up. I did not find this spicy nor particularly memorable, but it did make for an easy lunch. #thai #curry #lazyvegan

This Soulful curry from Tesco was flavourful and filling, and under £3 which is quite

reasonable. I do like the have the traffic light nutrition info so I can compare it, but I think it looks quite high in fat, sugar and salt so maybe not the most healthy option! It is two of your 5 a day though 🥗 easy to cook in the microwave, I would probably buy again if I fancied something warm (and a bit spicy!) 🌶
