In the past I’ve been really prone to anemia even before becoming vegan and I
really dislike taking iron supplements as they can cause really bad stomach pains. This brand is definitely far more gentle than others and my iron levels improved in a short amount of time. I just take them occasionally now to give myself a boost and most importantly avoid teas and coffees that inhibit absorption from food sources.

Good product, like all iron products, needs a few months to see a significant change,

I take this every few days to bump up my iron levels if my diet
hasn't been super clean /healthy. It doesn't cause digestive issues and works really well!
