This breakfast sausage has really great flavor and is tasty alone or added into a variety of vegan dishes. The texture isn’t very good if you microwave it, so I recommend preparing it on a skillet. One of my favorite ways to enjoy this vegan sausage is on a homemade vegan biscuit with tofu & Follow Your Heart American Slices. 🥰
