I was excited to try this product as I love mushrooms and wild rice. It was good but not as flavourful as I hoped.
Love that mushroom burger. Soft texture. Can be eaten as a sandwich. I added it to my spaghetti tomato sauce. 8g of proteins per patty with only 1.5g of fat.

Good light burger, with great taste. There is no mistaking it for real meat. Not sure how well they would work on a bbq, but they seem tightly packed. Gluten free too!
