Ottimo yogurt della sojasun da un punto di vista nutrizionale. Confrontato con gli altri yogurt vegetali in commercio ha meno kcal e più proteine, oltre che meno grassi/carboidrati. Ricorda come valori lo yogurt greco, anche se con meno proteine. Solo è un po’ acidulo di sapore, come i formaggi greci. E il prezzo non è basso
