Oh, how I've missed ice cream sandwiches. This small, but incredibly delicious sandwich checks all of my boxes in regards to taste, texture, and availability. Although small in size compared to the cruelty-filled ones from childhood, the texture and taste is exactly what I remember. Two chewy (yet firm) chocolate outter pieces surround soft serve vanilla ice cream. There is a sweetness here that is not overwhelming. An overall very dessert. Discovered at Amazon's Whole Foods grocery section online for under $5 for the box. I have tried the coconut milk version, however the coconut flavoring was much too strong for my liking. Almond is much more subtle and delicious next to the chocolate. #veganisnotscary
