Just tried this and am blown away by how good it is! And the best part? There are no gums or emulsifiers, just amazing yogurt goodness. It needs to be thoroughly stirred before serving, just like dairy Yogurt. This is just a little too sweet for me for breakfast but goes well with everything else later in the day especially fruit and just straight snacking. I actually like this better than i ever liked dairy yogurt and am excited to try the unsweetened version next. Truly the only way to improve this product would be to change up the packaging to something compostable. Otherwise, this is just outstanding.
For plain yogurt, this isn’t bad. There is a coconut taste, but that’s to be expected. It’s not bad when mixed with fruit or put into a smoothie.
I had high expectations but I was let down. Guess coconut yogurts are all bad lol. Texture is jello like? I don’t like it:(
