However, it is quite high up there in calories and fats...in case you care about that stuff

Always happy to try soy-free alternatives.
This Hemp Tempeh has that distinctive nutty flavour but there
was an aftertaste that I didn't enjoy.
I'll give the other ones a shot.

Chops up into any size/shape. Add any flavor/sauce. Typical me, I pile it
into a wrap like a taco/burrito. Kind of the texture like steamed potatoes.
