The texture is pretty ‘thin’ if a #butter can be described as such. It’s very easily #spreadable and becomes a bit melty if kept at room temperature for too long. I wouldn’t recommend using this for cookies or other very firm baked goods. But it does work well in muffins and pancakes. The taste is fine, but nothing super special. As somebody that likes plain toast a lot, I would say it works alright though. It doesn’t have the strongest ‘buttery’ taste, which is a bit of a bummer. It does have a slight coconutty aftertaste. It is very nicely #salted, more salty than most which I do enjoy. Work well for frying too, unless you need something to be extra crispy. It does have a higher water content I feel like.
