I’ve been enjoying thee burger dude’s vegan fast food recipe book. I used this TJ’s white bread to recreate a what a burger patty melt. I used the slices to make vegan Texas toast. It worked beautifully. The slices were thick enough to hold up to the #veganburger. If anyone else is like me and used to enjoy #fastfood then you should check out the book, it’s fantastic!

Kinda dry and crumbly, not that great, there are plenty of other white breads I’d prefer for sandwiches
This is my go to bread for the house. Tastes very good and is affordable. I can also rest easy knowing it’s vegan as so much sliced bread includes milk as an ingredient.
So, I was at Trader Joe’s, looking for bread, they only had like two white breads (I stand for white bread), I looked at the organic one that looked decent and it had milk in it! That’s common knowledge for bread but Trader Joe’s had failed me in that moment. Anyways, I got this bread which is still pretty good lol the slices are smaller than the average white bread loaf and each slice is 70 calories rather than 100.
