Sea buckthorn jam locally produced in Lower Austria’s Mistviertel region.
It has the tangy almost
sour taste I like in sea buckthorn products and is easily spreadable. The consistency is slightly thinner than usual due to the 10% apple sauce.
Great on bread or toast or mixed into plain yoghurt at breakfast.
