Vegan meal on SQ left me still hungry. But it was hella tasty. The rice

was drizzled with some teriyaki. Veggies on the side were delicious but sparse. The slab of taukwa was pretty good, but it did show hints of almost giving up on the chef’s part. Geezus dude are you seriously running out of ideas for those pesky vegans?

The salad came with some scrambled tofu and olives. On a whole it was a lovely meal. Still could do better

Singapore Air’s the best I’ve tasted as far as airline food is concerned -

the first photo was a sweet and sour tofu dish, the second a got chilli tofu dish and the third fried noodles with mushrooms - enjoyed all three very much

This meal was spaghetti with beans. It’s great that they give fruits and veggies on

the side too but would like more protein sources (beans/nuts/tofu). Spaghetti had some nice nuts inside, wish there were more. Their potato salad was vegan yay! Found the canned fruits too sweet, prefer fresh ones, and less or no pickled/ sour veggies in the salad.

A nice meal with many nutrients. They served salad and fruits and bread alongside the

main meal making it more balanced. Would’ve liked more beans for the main meal though. Beans in tomato sauce were tasty. Veggies were courgettes and carrots.

Yes, I’m reviewing this in-air en-route to Paris ✈️ and will be in Belgium over the next two days 🇧🇪 before spending the next week with my family in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 If anyone from the #abillioncommunity would like to meet up that’e be cool! 😎

I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of the #pasta for given the standard mush you’d come to expect from most #inflightmeals 🍝 It maintained a good degree of texture and I’m impressed with the choice of meal too — You never even see #beans in pasta in Singapore! 🇸🇬 It’s actually one of my favourite pairings 😋

The bun was fluffy and they even provided a small serving of #veganbutter by household staple Nuttelex 🧈 Great stuff! Oh and the #cake was great too if not a bit ridiculous to be served at 1am SGT 🍰 In fact, the meal being served so early on in the flight was a conplete surprise for me to begin with 🧐 I suppose you should come hungry! My #girldinner of a head of broccoli 🥦 and some home-made #potatowedges on account of having to clear the fridge did not leave me with much room for more 😛

Overall not bad for #airlinefood / #airplanefood 🛩️ I’m curious what’s on the menu for breakfast now too!

UPDATE: They gave #tofuscramble for #breakfast with a roux that I at first mistook for a badly melted cheese 🧀 It was alright, but none can compare to the description @waterlily gave me of hers 😏 I will have to taste it when I’m back in Singapore 😛
