The light quark alternative from Simply V is already creamy and has a slightly sour taste, similar to cottage cheese. The nutritional values are quite good. The quark does not contain as much fat as other products. #vegan

The taste is not great, it is very basic, but you can make it better by adding spices and other erbs.
