I bought a box of 15 bars from costco (3 flavours) on sale for $15 cad, regular price is $20. This goes on sale a few times a year so I buy a box here and there. I'm at risk of gestational diabetes so this is a great protein snack (12g!) for me with low sugar at 2g. I find that most granola bars have 7-10g. The dark chocolate almond is my favourite flavour. The chocolate flavour is strong and there are even some small chocolate chips on the top of the bar. I also like the texture of these bars - the soy protein crisps remind me of rice krispies!

I absolutely love simply protein! This one might just be my favourite flavour, the perfect mixture of Dark chocolate with almonds and a crunchiness you won’t regret.
