cooked: if you grill it, it's really delicious, reminds of halloumi. I also cut it in cubes and put it on pasta, it didn't melt but it was still good

Mi è piaciuto questo formaggio. Ottima etichetta. Purtroppo non avevo la griglia e ho usato la padella aggiungendo dei pomodorini. Ho approfittato di uno sconto, comodo comprare prodotti in scadenza perché si risparmia ma soprattutto si fa bene per lo spreco
