This quinoa is relatively inexpensive, easy to cook, and goes well in a bunch of recipes, including summer salads. That it is organic is a bonus.

Have tried several types of quinoa, prefer red or tri-color and Simple Truth is as good as any brand I’ve tried and Is reasonably priced. I especially enjoy it in chopped salads and bowls. Love to combine greens, quinoa. grape tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamatas, and vegan feta crumbles with a light balsamic or lemon vinaigrette. It’s also delicious with a tahini dressing, it’s also great in breakfast bowls with fruit and/or berries, and in soups, chili and casseroles. Very versatile grain!
Quinoa is a good source of fiber and iron. Perfect mixed with a lot of other ingredients.
