bought this to keep in the freezer for those emergency nights when no-one feels like cooking...you know what I mean right??
I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this mince is and how great the texture is. It's soya based and is really tasty.
I cooked it up with a bit of onion, some BBQ sauce, a generous sprinkle of garlic powder and it was really, really delicious.
I'll definitely buy it again.

This was surpringly good! Was really juicy and didn’t dry out when cooking. Reminded me

a bit more of pork/chicken mince, but it has been a very long time since I’ve had either so I can’t say with certainty that my opinion has any basis. We had it in a classic spaghetti bolognese *chef’s kiss*

Wow... This was amazing.
I probably bought plant-based mince more than 10yrs ago and it was

Fry's. I stopped buying that because it's not Gluten-free.
This one however is.
And it's so versatile.
I made a bolognaise with it last night and wow I've not eaten such a tasty bolognaise in a very long time.

I'm not a great fan. Despite being cooked by a chef friend who made a

Breaks down really nicely into a mince like texture and pretty tasty as well. More

importantly, the kids loved the spaghetti bolognese.
