Saw these yesterday for the first time at Checkers Menlyn Park. R59.99 per pack. Thought

I would give it a try, but was sceptical due to the Simple Truth Mince and Sausages not being good.

These are EXCELLENT! They taste very good, the texture is spot on and they stay nice and "juicy" when pan-fried. Used some chicken spice on them and man were they delicious!! What a great addition to the brand!

Somewhat more chewy than I expected but a delicious product. Same price as the other

chicken style strips but these are more realistic & tastier of the 2. My packaging broke and went into my food while cooking which isn't great. @onthegreensidesa #checkers

Checkers is really doing the thaaangs with this Simple Truth range. These chicken style pieces

may as well have been from On the greenside but cheaper🤫. I used them in a Chick'n and mushroom pie and it was divine!
