It crumbles and melts like Feta. For a coconut oil based cheese, it was pretty
good.
At first, straight from the packaging, I did not like the smell and was not convinced about the taste. I crumbled it into a basil spaghetti and it transformed, it was good.
I will buy this again to try in salad, but it has my vote for pasta.
