By far the best vegan feta alternative I have tried. Its good and firm and has an amazing taste. Got this on special for 10 bucks so a nice treat
This melts really well, looks like feta and crumbles like feta, but otherwise has nothing to do with feta or any feta style cheese alternative. It’s actually very sweet, and not salty. For me it’s a big no, and won’t miss it / buy it again.
