The brownie batter tasted amazing (it is vegan as well a Gluten free!). However, I followed the directions precisely but they didn’t set up right. There was a thin top layer of normal tasting brownie crust but the batter underneath never set and stayed goopy. I’m also baking at a high elevation and there were no additional altitude baking instructions so that more than likely played a role. I will say though, I was not upset to be eating doughy brownies, I just didn’t feel like I could serve them to my coworkers in that stay so I finished them at home 😉
