I used siggy's coconut yogurt to make my nephew's favorite summertime treat. These fruit and yogurt ice pops are ridiculously simple to make. It's just yogurt and fruit blended together and poured into molds. We've used all kinds of fruit, all berries will work really well 🍓🫐, as well as peaches and nectarines, 🍑 mangoes, 🥭pineapple,🍍 cherries 🍒. It's a really nice, guilt free and refreshing treat when the weather warms up. The yogurt was fine in the ice pops, however it was not my favorite straight up. When I bought it I didn't realize that it was plain and sweetened. I usually like to buy plain unsweetened so I can use it both in sweet and savory dishes. But even though this had sugar in it, the taste was still a bit sour. It had a really nice thick texture though, which I really liked. #yogurt #veganyogurt #coconutlover #ditchdairy #dairyfree #summertime #healthy #icepop #dairyisscary #fruit #berrylover
