These chips are pretty good and the lime adds a great flavor.
These are a staple in my pantry. I tried them initially as part of an elimination diet where I couldn’t have grains. I never looked back. They are just the perfect hint of lime and they are thicker than you might think. So perfect anywhere you would use tortilla chips.
The texture of these chips are immaculate. Light and crispy with a touch of lime, they pair wonderfully with smashed avocados. I love how I can pronounce all of the ingredients and know what is inside these lovely crisps: cassava flour & starch, avocado oil, coconut flour, chia seed, sea salt, citric acid, and lime oil.
