I really enjoy making hash browns and hash brown casserole. These hash browns from Trader Joe’s are awesome. They are easy to thaw in the fridge overnight and they are ready to be used. I like that they are a quick meal and easy to prepare. #veganiseasy

Who has time to shred potatoes and squeeze out the water for hash browns? Not me. These are simple, unseasoned, and cook quickly. I like to make them in the air fryer to make them nice and crispy. I love using these as crust for a quiche. #glutenfree
Super convenient to be able to grab some frozen shredded potatoes from this bag and throw them in a frying pan. I usually like to get them a lot crispier but I was in a bit of a rush this morning. I guess in general it’d be better not to buy a plastic bag of something that nature puts a layer of skin on, at least they last in the freezer indefinitely so you can still make hash browns when you’re in a rush. #veganisnotscary
