Made this noodle cold salad using Soba Noodles. It’s a wonderful substitute g go or regular pasta. The texture adapts to spices so well and provides a beautiful complement to the vegetables

Bought these a few months back for the first time. Had it again for lunch today. Carb free and naturally vegan, extremely versatile to use in all your pasta dishes. Available in various forms. Personally I think it’s a winner!❤️
Not impressed with this. Found it to be blend. Go for the wholewheat pastas or the plant based options. We deserve better
