Shiitake Mushroom Ramen

I really love ramen soup and I am glad that this brand makes a vegan option. I tried the shiitake mushroom flavored soup. I think it is alright but I would like it more if the broth packet had more flavor. In my opinion, it is a little too bland. I haven’t tried the other flavors though, so I will see if I like them more. I also would like it better if the brand used gluten-free ramen noodles. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a vegan alternative for quick ramen. 🍜💜 #vegan #plantbased

For the money it’s a really good savory broth with shiitake mushroom flavor. There’s some small bits of like vegetable matter. If you’re cooking in the microwave it probably should be watched because mine boiled over. It’s not like the picture on the package.

Underwhelming over all. At 730mg of sodium I expected more flavor. It's essentially expensive Ramen.
